AZ WARRANTY warrants that all warranty services purchased through our platform are provided as described at the time of purchase. Please review this refund and transfer policy carefully before completing your purchase.

Non-Refundable Policy

All warranty policies and services purchased from AZ WARRANTY are final and non-refundable. Once a warranty policy has been purchased and activated, the transaction is considered complete, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind or circumstances
• Vehicle sale or transfer of ownership
• Dissatisfaction with service terms
• Non-utilization of warranty benefits
• Vehicle disposal or destruction
• Duplication of warranty coverage

Non-Transferable Policy

Warranty policies purchased from AZ WARRANTY are strictly non-transferable. This means that:

• Warranty coverage cannot be transferred to another person, entity, or third party
• Warranty benefits are bound exclusively to the registered vehicle and original purchaser
• Coverage terminates automatically upon vehicle ownership transfer
• No assignment, sale, or delegation of warranty rights is permitted

Service Nature and Binding Agreement

By purchasing a warranty policy from AZ WARRANTY, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The warranty service is rendered immediately upon purchase and activation
• You are entering into a binding contractual agreement for service provision
• The purchase constitutes acceptance of all terms and conditions
• You have reviewed and understood all policy limitations and exclusions

Exceptional Circumstances

AZ WARRANTY reserves the sole and absolute right to evaluate any exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis. Any potential exceptions to this policy are at the complete discretion of AZ WARRANTY management and must be formally requested in writing with supporting documentation. There is no guarantee that any exception will be granted.
