In such instances, the disclosure will be carried out in a manner compliant with the PDPA. We may also disclose your Personal Data where such disclosure is required under the law, court orders, or pursuant to guidelines issued by regulatory or other relevant authorities; if we reasonably believe that we have a lawful right to disclose your Personal Data; or if we reasonably believe that we have your consent for such disclosure.

Where you have provided us with personal data belonging to another individual (“Other Party”), you must ensure that you have informed the Other Party that you are providing his/her personal data to us and have obtained the Other Party’s consent to do so.
